Written examination for Revenue & Canal Patwari and Zilledar posts on May 2: Raman Bahl

Punjab State Subordinate Service Selection Board would conduct written examination for 1152 posts of Revenue Patwari, Canal Patwari and Zilledar on 2nd May, 2021.

Disclosing this here today, Chairman of the Board Mr. Raman Bahl said that two lakh thirty four thousand candidates have applied for these 1152 posts. The recruitment process will be completed in two phases. He said that examination of all eligible candidates would be held in first phase. After the examination of first phase, 10 times of the total applied strength would be able to compete in second phase in each category.

Mr. Bahl informed that brainchild of Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh, under the ‘Ghar Ghar Rozgar Scheme’, the board will conduct these examinations in transparent manner with the help of modern technological tools such as jammer, biometric & videography etc. Recruitment will be made purely on merit basis.

Chairman also wished the candidates to achieve success by suggesting them to work hard for the written examination. Time of written examination, examination center, admit card/roll number, examination terms/instructions and other information will be made available on the website of the Board later.
